More records fall at NCSA Junior Nationals

 

 (Orlando, FL) - SMSC continued with some more good swims in the past 48 hours. Rebekah Corbin equaled her best in the 200 Fly. Josh Prenot dropped 4 seconds off his 400 IM, narrowly missing our team record with a 4:02.

In this mornings excitement, Rebekah Corbin won her heat while lowering her lifetime best in the 100 Butterfly to 58.50. The Girl's 200 Free Relay narrowly missed breaking the team record in that event. Josh Prenot lowered the SMSC team record in the 200 Breaststroke to 2:07, finishing 52nd in the COUNTRY. He is also 29th, going into tonight's finals in the 500 Freestyle. He lowered our team record by a few tenths, turning in a 4:34.46.

The meet continues through Saturday with Jordan Devine in the 50 Free, Rebekah Corbin in the 200 IM, Erica Brannon in the 50 Back, Maddie Mastrup and Lora Lougee in the 800 Free and Josh Prenot in the 200IM and 1500 Free.
