Swimmer of the Meet - NorCal Invitational

 
A good portion of the High Performance Group traveled to the NorCal Invitational this past weekend in Folsom, California. The meet was a long course invitational geared towards elite level Senior athletes and several new Olympic Trials standards were made by participating athletes at the meet.

Our Male Swimmer of the Meet has to go to Jeremiah Palmerston. "JP" made his first Sectional cuts ever and produced some stellar performances on the weekend.

Our Female Swimmer of the Meet goes to Maddie Mastrup. Maddie has been training hard and hit several best times in spite of not being "shaved or tapered." Maddie heads on to Sectionals in 3 weeks for her rested meet.

My "Group of the Meet" has to go to the entire NorCal travel group! Your attitudes were stellar and it was obvious that you 'came to play.' It showed in your performances.
