CA/NV Championships continue

(Clovis, CA) - The California-Nevada State Championships conitnued Friday evening with SMSC hanging onto 6th in the Boys/Girls Combined and 3rd place in the Women's division.

Rachael Wahl swam to a 5:02 in the 400 I.M. to earn 6th place. Lora Lougee finished 24th in the same event.

In the Women's 800 Free Relay, Wahl, Lora Lougee, Samantha Lougee and Meghan Zimmer swam to a 8:47. Final results were not available at press time. Meanwhile, the Men's 800 Free Relay team of Jared Zimmer, CAsey Bateman, Jason Dupere and Jamie Furber swam to an SMSC team record 8:04.

The meet continues through Sunday.
