Many of our older SMSC athletes will be heading to the CIF Championships in Long Beach this week, representing their respective high schools. Here is a list of those who qualified and where they are currently seeded:

Antonio McNeil (Santa Maria) - 500 Free (14th); 100 Breast (24th)

Casey Bateman (Righetti) - 200 Free (11th); 500 Freestyle (7th)

Lora Lougee (Pioneer) - 200 IM (5th); 500 Free (6th)

Meghan Zimmer (Pioneer) - 100 Free (2nd); 100 Back (1st)

Rebekah Corbin (Nipomo) - 500 Free (10th); 200 Free (11th)

Maddie Mastrup (St. Joseph's) - 200 Free (4th); 500 Free (2nd)

Lanessa Horton-Scott (Santa Maria) - 200 Free (21st); 500 Free (11th)

Erica Brannon (St. Joseph's) - 200 IM (3rd); 100 Back (3rd)

Jordan Devine (Santa Ynez) - 50 Free (12th); 100 Free (12th)

Jeremiah Palmerston (St. Joseph's) - 200 IM (8th); 500 Free (12th)
